The Couple that Breaks-in Together, Stays Together

On two separate occasions Mr. S and I have both locked ourselves out of our house. Both times we realized the patio door was unlocked, and were quickly able to get back in. Last night we were not so lucky.

We were headed out and when we got to the car I realized I didn’t have the key. The same key that is usually attached to the same mess of keychains as our house key. Oops! We live in a construction zone and I was pretty certain a ladder was nearby. I was right.
We are starting to get really good at breaking and entering. Saves on locksmith charges.
